Excellent Workplace Rating
Recognizes companies around the globe via a rating system
Companies apply voluntarily to be evaluated and rated.
To receive a rating, employers submit data through an HR audit survey and can optionally add an employee survey.
The evaluation is based on 14 categories that reflect the full employee lifecycle, such as onboarding, development, and leadership, and is grounded in self-determination theory focusing on human motivation.
Depending on the chosen package, organizations receive a data-based workplace report, benchmark comparisons, and an official award logo.
The rating is valid for up to two years and can be renewed through re-evaluation.
Best Employers Ranking
Top employers ranked in many countries across the world
Top-performing employers are identified in a public annual list.
No registration or application is required to be considered.
Companies are ranked based on a combination of employee insights and external reputation signals.
A scoring model determines the position in the ranking independently of any participation in other processes.
Being recognized as an Excellent Workplace has no influence on placement in the Best Employers Ranking.

Registration Portal & Order form
To participate in the Excellent Workplace rating, fill out the application in our registration portal. Once we've confirmed your eligibility, we ask you to sign our order form and enter the rating process.

Survey
Depending on your chosen package, you receive an invitation for the HR audit and optionally, the employee survey.

Data Analysis
Once all data is submitted, our analyst team will have a first look and arrange a validation call with you to ensure a correct understanding of your input. Following the data validation, our experts finalize the rating process.

Result & Award
If your results have passed the threshold, you will be recognized with the Excellent Workplace award by Statista and TIME. You will receive a ready to use media kit to display your achievement of excellence and will be featured on both Statista and TIME websites.
